These terms and conditions govern the use of the promobiz.ro website and the services offered through it. By accessing the site, submitting a quote request or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Purpose of the site
Promobiz offers promotional products and decoration services (screen printing, pad printing, embroidery, laser engraving, sublimation, UV print and others). The site presents our catalogue and is the starting point of a collaboration: the products and prices shown are for information only, while availability, stock and lead times are confirmed in the final quote.
Quote requests and orders
Submitting a quote request through the site's form is not a firm order and creates no payment obligation. Following your request, we send you a personalised quote with products, quantities, decoration technique, prices and lead time. An order becomes firm once you confirm the quote in writing and we accept it. For personalised products, production starts after you approve the artwork proof.
Prices and payment
Prices may be shown with or without VAT, as stated in the quote, and may vary depending on quantity, decoration technique and shipping costs. The final price applicable to your order is the one in the confirmed quote. The payment method and terms are set out in the quote or in the proforma invoice.
Delivery
The lead time is stated in the quote and depends on product availability, quantity and the complexity of the decoration. For personalised products, the lead time starts from artwork approval. We do our best to meet the agreed deadlines, but we are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers or other circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual property
All site content — text, images, graphics, logos and structure — belongs to SC PROMOBIZ SRL or its partners and is protected by copyright law. It may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written consent. The artwork (logos, designs) you send us for personalisation remains your property; by sending it you warrant that you hold the rights necessary to use it for the purpose of the order.
Liability
We strive to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but errors or omissions may occur, and product images are for illustration only. We are not liable for minor differences in colour or appearance between the images on the site and the delivered products, which are inherent to production processes. Our liability is limited to the value of the confirmed order.
Data protection and cookies
We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR); details are described in our Personal Data Processing Policy. The use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy. Please review both documents.
Dispute resolution
Any disputes are settled amicably. Where this is not possible, you have the right to contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or to use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The applicable law is Romanian law, and the competent courts are those at the seller's registered office.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The version applicable to your order is the one published on the site at the time the order is confirmed. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
