Laser engraving
Laser engraving marks the material directly, with no ink: the result is a permanent, natural contrast that never fades or rubs off. It's the most durable and elegant method, perfect for high-perceived-value gifts. We run two laser types — YAG for metals and CO₂ for natural materials.
How it works
- 01Vectorize the logo
- 02Position the object under the laser
- 03Engrave — the laser burns/marks the surface layer
- 04Clean and check the contrast
Good to know
Laser engraving uses no ink: the laser marks the material directly, and the result is permanent — it never fades or rubs off. It's the most elegant and durable method, which is why we choose it for high-perceived-value gifts: metal pens, bottles, plaques, awards, wooden or leather items.
We run two laser types. The YAG laser engraves metals very fast — up to around 3,000 pieces a day, on an area up to 100×100 mm — with two machines in operation. The CO₂ laser handles natural materials (wood, cork, acrylic, plexiglass, ceramic) on an area up to 600×400 mm. Because there's no per-color cost, a complex logo engraves just as easily as a minimal one.
Advantages
- Permanent and premium — never rubs off
- No per-color cost, whatever the complexity
- Never fades
- Legible even at small detail
