Processing of personal data
The privacy of your data is important to us. This policy describes how SC PROMOBIZ SRL collects and processes personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection (GDPR) and applicable national law.

What data we collect
We collect personal data directly from you, when you send us a quote request, contact us or place an order. This is usually: your name, e-mail address, phone number, and for delivery and invoicing your address and, for companies, the firm's identification details. We do not collect or process sensitive data (special categories of data within the meaning of the GDPR).
Purposes and legal basis
We process data for: concluding and performing the contract (preparing quotes, processing and delivering orders, invoicing) — basis: performance of the contract; communicating with you about requests and orders — basis: our legitimate interest in responding and managing the customer relationship; meeting legal obligations (accounting, tax) — basis: legal obligation. We do not send marketing communications without your prior consent.
Who we disclose data to
We may disclose your data only to the extent necessary: to service providers that support us (couriers for delivery, product suppliers, accounting services, IT/hosting providers), to contractual partners involved in fulfilling the order, and to public authorities where the law requires it. These recipients process the data under appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.
How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and thereafter for the period required by legal obligations (for example, accounting and tax archiving periods). After these periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent where processing is based on it. You can exercise these rights by sending a request to alexandru@promobiz.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Access to data is limited to the people who need it to carry out their duties.
