Custom polystyrene letters

Custom hot-wire-cut 3D letters and shapes in expanded polystyrene (EPS), finished with paint or lamination — lightweight, voluminous and cheap to ship. These are decorative event props, not lit signage: you lift them with one hand, stand them on a photo wall or stage, and reuse them. We cut any letter, number, logo or shape to the size and thickness you need.

• Cut from expanded polystyrene (EPS) block by CNC hot wire — any font, number, logo or shape, from a single piece
• Common thickness 3–20 cm, letter height from 20 cm up to 150 cm+; very large letters are assembled from glued segments
• Choose the finish: acrylic spray paint in any RAL color, laminated with colored/printed film, or coated in glitter, mirror or LED rope
• For durability and a clean edge we offer a hard resin or card lamination — a glossy surface, harder against touch and knocks
• Flat back to lean against a wall, or an MDF base/foot to stand free on the floor, a table or stage
• Very light (EPS), so easy to carry, hang and store — ideal to rent and reuse across several events
