UV-printed Forex board

UV-printed Forex is a lightweight expanded-PVC panel that we print on directly with UV ink, no laminate in between, for indoor signage and rigid displays. The material has a flat, matte surface that won't sag like a banner and cuts cleanly to shape. It's the default pick for plates, info panels and light stands, where low weight matters more than outdoor durability.

• Substrate: Forex (expanded PVC), a rigid, lightweight board with a matte white core
• Common thicknesses 3, 5, 8 and 10 mm — 5 mm is the signage standard
• Direct UV print, CMYK + white, no laminate; colored backgrounds get a white underbase
• Contour cutting, mounting holes and rounded corners on request
• Matte finish as standard, or selective varnish for gloss accents and light relief
• Max print bed 250×125 cm per board; larger surfaces are built from tiled panels
