UV-printed Dibond

UV-printed Dibond is a rigid aluminium-composite panel onto which we lay the ink directly with a UV printer, with no intermediate film. The result is a perfectly flat surface that won't bend or swell, with a print that holds up to sun and rain — exactly what you need for shop signs, plates and outdoor panels. We cut it to your size and deliver it ready to mount.

• Substrate: 3 mm Dibond (aluminium composite) — two aluminium skins over a polyethylene core, rigid, flat and lightweight
• Direct UV CMYK print on aluminium, with optional white and varnish for colored backgrounds or a gloss/relief effect
• Made-to-size, contour-cut from the standard 305×150 cm sheet; we also build large panels by joining sections
• Choice of finish: matte or gloss, with rounded corners and factory-drilled mounting holes
• Weatherproof for several years outdoors — it won't fade fast or peel like paper print
• Mounting via stainless standoffs, screws, double-sided tape or straight onto a wall or structure
