Laminated Dibond (printed vinyl on Dibond)

Laminated Dibond is an aluminium composite panel onto which we mount a full-color printed, laminated self-adhesive vinyl — a rigid, weatherproof sign panel. We use Dibond (two aluminium skins over a polyethylene core), which stays perfectly flat and won't warp in the heat. The lamination protects the print from UV, scratches and water, and the vinyl can be re-skinned later without replacing the panel.

• Substrate: 2 or 3 mm Dibond panel (aluminium-polyethylene composite) — rigid, flat and light, for indoor and outdoor use
• Graphics: full-color printed self-adhesive vinyl (eco-solvent/UV), laminated matte or gloss for UV and scratch protection
• Made to size from a standard 305×150 cm sheet; cut to dimension and contour-cut into shapes
• A more affordable alternative to direct UV print on Dibond — the mounted vinyl can be re-skinned without swapping the panel
• Finishes: rounded corners, mounting holes, stainless standoffs or a frame profile on request
• Mounting: wall, sub-frame or light-box; delivered ready to install
